Customer service has become non-existent. Zero replies to any communication now. And— Can only pay with credit card for items less than $10K. Anything over they no longer do ACH and must submit an actual wire transfer. Changes for the bad seem to come since Fanatics purchase.

Im an adult who has never traded cards for money but always collected them growing up and this app has changed my perspective completely on what card trading can do for your mental and financial health

Go look at their google reviews for their physical location in Tigard, OR. Have been overcharged, lied to, and stolen from. Highly recommend you store yr cards elsewhere. Would also stay away from their shady marketplace.

This auction house absolutely blows eBay away. I’d rather shop here than anywhere else.

I don’t understand what happened with the grading and pay after they sell through the weekly auction. I’m disabled and don’t have any income the first couple times I submitted went great and paid as soon as I got the invoice. So I submitted 40 more cards and then 55 more after that because I knew the 40 would pay for both submissions and have money left over. It took 50 days to get them back and about 7 days for curation and then I got to wondering about that and they had a hold on them until I pay for the grading. It was a shock because I didn’t have any warning at all on that and that was the big reason for me using PWCC to begin with and now I have all those cards in there and no way to pay for them. I was just wondering if anyone else has this happened to them. On top of all that it seems like my cards don’t bring the price as some of the cards that sold in the previous auction. Sometimes not even half. I know that the grading companies matter too but not as much as I’m loosing though. I’m done with PWCC as soon as I get my card back.

Great app but screen freezes a lot and let you scroll down or up

Love the app although the last few days I been receiving internal error messages with the app

Marketplace accepts cards and identifies cards from within the company. PWCC mislabeled my item causing it to sell much less than what it was worth. I contacted PWCC about the mislabeled item and was told that the card was going to sell as is. My issue ticket is currently “in a managers inbox” going on 2 weeks. This card sold for 7x less then actual value. Assuming they won’t correct my issue I will take this as a loss and will refuse to send any other cards. I do not recommend sending high valued cards to this marketplace. **PWCC WAS BANNED FROM EBAY FOR SKETCHY PRACTICE** Will Contact BBB

Why is there no dashboard where you can manage active auctions where you are bidding? Seems you have to search every time for the same listing.

Overall the app is 3.5 stars. But the search function is -2 and getting worse with each update. For example, why does it now show sold listings when I search in the weekly??
