Fandango - Get Movie Tickets

I’m not computer savvy and honestly this app is very easy to use and buy tickets. You’re able to see the available seating & pick your seats. Plus you earn points and $5 for every 4 tickets. You also get to review movies and rate them too.

There’s absolutely no point to use fandango. You pay extra for no reason. Every theater has an app these days. Use the theaters’ app or just buy at the box office.

It’s been a pretty good app through the years for purchasing tickets. I can’t remember the last time I went to purchase tickets anywhere else when it comes to movie theaters. Easy to navigate and saves your ticket history which I think is pretty cool.

If a negative star is applicable it would be -5 stars. As I’m reading these comments they seam to be the exact issue of what I’m enduring. I purchased a set of tickets as a guest and put in the wrong email so I was unable to access my tickets post purchase so I repurchased a second set of tickets under another email to regain access. So I call Fandango Customer Service to contact a live person to get a refund for my first set of tickets. The recording implies to call before movie start time to get refund or exchange. My movie started at 11:40, I called at 11:33. I was on hold for 20 mins until a live person came on the line. The woman said that I was not granted a refund because the movie time already began. DESPITE, that I did call and the company phone lines kept me on hold. She told me that I had to speak to a live person before movie start time and that that’s why it’s recommended to call 30 mins before. I challenge anybody to call the fandango customer service phone line and listen to the recording. No where on there does it say to call 30 mins before. I emailed proof of a screenshot of when I did call and they still refused to refund me. They even have the audacity to wish my continuation as a loyal customer. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! This company is dishonorable and despicable. This is why the CEO is making big bucks because of his treatment on customers. This is the type of company that only lies just to gain your money. Absolutely no customer satisfaction. If calling 30 min before and speaking to a live person before movie start time is required than that should be specified to the public, along with any other fine detailed policy instead fabricating as they go along. This experience is ridiculous. I was within the policy parameters and they still refuse to refund me. Awful company and CEO/Executives to allow this treatment.

Nothing works properly, app says you can use it to show your tickets and that doesn’t work, the food ordering doesn’t work, and that’s basically the only 2 reasons for using this app. There is no other valuable features and the 2 features that matter don’t work. Do not recommend, just buy tickets directly from your movie theater.

This is my favorite theater its safe, clean and just an awesome movie theater. Shoutout to the manager Ross he always does and excellent job, hes an asset to AMC.

It claims it will let me pay with Venmo, then it won’t let me pay with Venmo. Useless.
