disappointed
i have been supporting jyp gps since 2pm and now skz. but the way jyp handle things now is absolutely outrageous and idiotic. makes me realise that all the company care abt is money. they dc if people are dying. i might have to stop supporting all over if u want to silence our voices so badly.
app keeps having glitch and so many restrictions
this app supposed to be a platform for the artists and fans to have connections but jyp cut off the connections between fans to interact with the artists and making a lot of unnecessary restrictions on what we can post and can not. not to mention the censorship they generate by using AI. shame on you
this app tests my patience to the max
It keeps lagging and removing posts. I could be posting pics of the idols and it gets taken down. It’s annoying.
NO LIVE OPTION?
please add live option where the artist can do a live stream where they and their fans can communicate and interacting more! this is what FANS has been waiting for, from the APP🥹🙏🏻

App keep crashing
Do something about the app that always crashed whenever skz members came online!!!
Can‘t use the app
Always have bug when big volume of people use the app in the same time，please fix it faster
Cannot verify phone number
I successfully created an account but was unable to receive the verification code for my phone number. Hope this will be fixed soon!
