I have used this app for a while with no issues until recently. The “quick start” camera function stopped connecting to my camera. The “select machine” would be a great solution if the machines were actually numbered correctly. I checked my settings, deleted and reinstalled the app before reaching out for help. The only solution I was offered was “hold your camera closer.” Yeah, that wasn’t my problem. So crappy because I have money still on my account that I can not use. Update: the camera function was eventually fixed after about a month or two. Haven’t had issues since then.

I can’t even add a location to add my balance. Everyone I hit add location it takes me to quick start which makes me try to activate the machine with cash

I last used my card on 16Oct2924 currently your app does recognize my email account basically the app has stolen my money that I had in my account. Previously had no problem with the app

Is ok. Get the job done, but It should allow us to deposit funds from the phone app.

Face ID only works intermittently. No rhyme or reason to that. And the ALL screen should clearly show machines in use and time left which also only seems to work intermittently. Supposedly developers fixed these issues- according to responses they have other unhappy customers. Those fixes don’t appear to be complete. If you cannot rely on the app to work consistently the benefits of using it go way down.

This app is frustrating. I used to be able to load money onto the card from anywhere, but that feature is no longer on the app. Now, I can only add money at the laundry mat. It saved time being able to load it on the app.

I was having trouble adding funds to my account but Stanley was very nice and gave me some credit so I could wash for the day!

I really appreciate the concept of this app! When going to the laundry mat these days carrying quarters is not ideal let alone when do I ever use cash?! And since the credit card readers were installed…THANK YOU!!! I am a big fan for using my plastic (fyi not a credit card aka I’ve learned my lesson!)! However, the swiping is getting old and the fact it will say swipe card again, card not recognized, cannot find information, yada yada, now look reader, I have 5 more loads to do so, I cannot keep sliding my new age payment method through your slot because A. You’re in an awkward position so I keep hitting my fingers against the washer and B. You’re supposed to actually make this less stressful!!! So, this app has made the laundry mat nicer! Now, the only thing is like to see is when I set up my dryer I can start and as time from the app, not both! Once you add the dryer, the app then directs you to the reader on the dryer which you then must press a button on there and if you want to add more time which you do, because .25 cents only gets you between 5-8 minutes! Back and forth, back and forth! Also, there was one issue, the timing on the of the dryers were within 10 minutes off on the app…No biggie since I was there the whole time! Thank you

This app provides ZERO convenience, just stick to your debit/credit card. The app DOES NOT work unable to add my laundromat location, unable to add my card to the app to add funds to my card or my account. I couldn’t contact anyone for assistance.

App logged me out several wks ago haven’t been able to log back in since. Password reset doesn’t work, registering for a new acct doesn’t work. Waste of time
