If I could give this app a negative review I would. This software must’ve been created during technology’s very first years because it is horrible. I doubt this app has been updated ever and it can never connect to a server. Whoever created this app needs to be blackballed from the tech industry.

Not the worst app out there, but as others have said there are some issues using the app to start the machine, only the card works for that. What I would love is if there can be a card saved on file for replenishing funds, rather than having to manual enter the information each time.

Original review: This is unfortunately the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s clunky and slow. And it sometimes signs me out mid-use. I try to use my credit card on my laundry machines as often as possible. But in the rare case when the cards don’t work and I have to use my credit card, I’m stuck standing there for 10+ mins trying to get this app to work properly. Update months later: Continues to be the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Literally never works when I need it to. But I’m forced to use it because my building’s laundry room uses the app and doesnt have working credit card readers. It’s the slowest app ever, and it has a “connecting to server” loading screen for 30+ seconds every time you try and switch tabs. I unfortunately DREAD doing my laundry every time PURELY because of this app.

I have used this app for a while with no issues until recently. The “quick start” camera function stopped connecting to my camera. The “select machine” would be a great solution if the machines were actually numbered correctly. I checked my settings, deleted and reinstalled the app before reaching out for help. The only solution I was offered was “hold your camera closer.” Yeah, that wasn’t my problem. So crappy because I have money still on my account that I can not use.

Asked multiple times to refund what was left on my account because I moved and it’s been crickets. App is garbage.

Good thing we live in 2023 and people think connecting your washer and dryer to a sever is awesome. OH NOOOOO someone stepped on a wire at the server hub 1000 miles away. No more pre paid card for anyone. Good thing you didn’t go with the banks that spend millions on infrastructure, security and insurance and went with the cheap option. Your clients won’t be upset over being unable to use their stuff because the server or internet is down.

Can’t say enough terrible things about this app. Doesn’t remember you card so every time you have to add value you need to reenter your credit card info. Frequently logs you out and “forgot your password” doesn’t work. Incredibly slow. Do not let your landlord install this system. If they do, swipe your credit card instead. At least they will get charged a fee each time you do laundry.

I’m sure no one would choose to use this if it wasn’t forced on them but if by some chance you are thinking of going with this for your machines find something else.
