So far the app is not working out at all for me. I’m from Singapore and it’s very hard to find the food that I’m consuming from the app list. In fact the list of food available in the app contains so many weird names that either makes no sense or there’s no such thing. 😫
I wanted to test first before purchasing and I cannot even proceed before subscribing. Deleted.
Free to download, not free to use
The meal plan remains the same even when create a “new meal plan” Pain to log in food journal to “+” the weight of food intake. Change IF from 14:10 to 16:8 but the timer was haywire. Need to manually edit the time/clock so the counting is right I personally think not worth subscribing. There are some free version app that motivates more then this subscribed app. And their functions are sufficient to kick the hype of IF. Only good thing is the status update of your body. I find it useful. How i wish to only paid for 1 month.
I subscribed quarterly and paid my 20 dollars and am very unsatisfied that I have to sign in every time. Also there is no place to edit start fast and end fast. I usually do a 65 to 70 hour fast. And I find this inadequate. I plan to try to get my subscription back from apple. If these items are not addressed. Maureen Fogel
So many items have a zero for calories when that is impossible! If I used the list to fill my daily calorie intake, I could eat 2000 and not even know it.
Used to be my favorite fasting app and free but now apparently you need subscription to use at all? So, a while ago after not using the app for about 2 weeks I wanted to get back on track, but accidentally I left it on a fast, didn’t know how to fix, so instead of trying to figure it out I thought I’d just delete the app and start over (I was being lazy, my bad) but when i redownload the app and filled out all the stuff I couldn’t get past the subscription page😭 idk if it’s glaringly obvious and I’m just blind BUT I CANNOT FIND IT. And so now I’ve just come to the conclusion that I have to get a subscription just to use the stupid app. Literally nothing pisses me off more. It makes me physically angry and annoyed. Help me 😭💀
You used to be able to use the app for free and this was my favorite fasting app but now you need to pay $6.99/week or $20 every 3 months.
This app used to be free now you have to it for everything.
