I am currently on a 7 day water fast and this is just day one. I love how the app is helping me to understand what my body is going through right now. I’m starting to feel uncomfortable at the 13th hour but now I understand why. According to the app my glucose is rising. I can’t wait to balance my sugar levels so I’m glued to the app right now so I know when that happens.

There’s lots of fasting apps out there, but very rarely. Can you find one for a long-term fasting I was looking for something specifically that shows me what happens to the body as you fast and this does that.

Trying my first 72 hr fast and excited to have found this app to help me understand the effects of fasting on my body!

The mood & share buttons are covered in the phone version. And a little confusing in the flow of the app but I like the ability to track mood and the timer to show how long it's been.

I just started the fast but so far the app layout looks really nice.

Navigating this app is quite easy. Detailed charts are extremely helpful to visualize your progress. I will update after an extended fast to let you know if there are any issues after an extended time. So far fantastic!
