What kind of update this is? They’ve removed biometric system to log in. It was so easy that way.. also now that i have forgot my username and password they’re not even receiving calls on their helpline number. Didn’t like the presentation of app features at all. Just a blank page with your balance, and all the features are in the corner. Kindly improve your application.

Many of accounts we try to transfer the amount on, gives error, although can easily transfer to them from other accounts. The amount sometimes are getting reversed for a local transfer, the balance sometimes shows negative without a reason, this is overall a pathetic work of pathetic development team.
Many other Bank Apps are Reliable fast and has a lot of features, Not only does it lack those. IT DOESNT WORK!!! Can’t transfer amount to other Banks without getting errors. For Allah’s Sake, work on your Applications, you won’t succeed with such poor service, now everyone does digital banking, so apps and other online services should be beyond excellent. Make it Interesting and RELIABLE.
1- facing crash on clicking "Noor Card Limit Enhancement" 2- its navigation bar colors changes it white some times and on some screens it turns black in color 3- not able to order credit card as well as debit card drom application
Why do we have to wait for OPT every single time on login. I’ve got 6 other bank apps and this problem isn’t with anyone else. You go with your passwords. That’s the standard practice. And waiting for hours and hours for this OPT to arrive and multiple tries required. There’s no way to update email as well through app. This bank and it’s app has lost my trust and confidence.
Initially faysal Bank online service is much more better then others. But after recent update or maintenance, the downfall starts. Poor mobile app performance as well as poor online banking system.
Worst app. It doesnt send otp and I have to login multiple times before i receive the code.
Faysal Bank's new update has completely ruined their system. I'm not receiving any OTPs, can't send payments, and even the payments I should be receiving are stuck. There's been no response from their complaint email or helpline numbers. I've been waiting for a week with no improvements, no notices, and no guidance—just total silence from Faysal Bank. I've finally decided to switch my account, and others will likely do the same after experiencing such terrible service.
