I can't find the loan after the upgrading, apart this fcmb is a best bank cos they secure and I lose 5,500 to u guys when I wanted to data my phone till no fcmb no return it

This is a very big problem with baking with you guy’s, the rate by which money being sent to this bank doesn’t comes in easily enough makes me wonder. If the system is still functioning properly, please try and fix it up, especially money being transferred to this bank is taking too long to be received. Thank you.
