Cannot run transfers on the app for months fix it please, update the application regularly to make adjustments, that should fix bugs or whatever issues your application is having

I cannot update my transactions limit and i cannot control my card activity through the app so irritating

Worst bank, my money was trapped and have not been reversed, the account officer’s email is not working

The app is user friendly and easy to use.

The app is terrible on IPhone it keeps freezing even after I removed and reinstalled the app.

This is the most rubbish bank I have ever dealt with. You can’t reach them on WhatsApp chat or phone call, and they will not reply to your emails. It’s unbelievable

This app is top amongst most unreliable banking app in the world, it’ll fail you when you need it the most. Like the FCMB itself, the app is one day on, one day off, moving my business account from this bank to another one this year. Done.
