Fetch Pet Insurance

It’s been more than two weeks and my claim is still “in review”. They’re gonna charge the new payment soon and I still haven’t receive anything. I’m thinking in cancel It and ask for a reimbursement.

All I get is a blank screen when I try to upload an invoice and can’t move forward with the claim. App is full updated too. Frustrating

I just started using the Fetch App to manage my account with them. I like how fast and efficient the app works so far.

I am finding Fetch take longer and longer to pay out, supposed to be typically 15 days, I’m waiting on average at least three weeks, times are hard and expensive and as I provide all that is needed, why does it take so long?

The app Makes claims easy to upload. Although 2 weeks to get approval is too long.

It used to be a good app, now they decided to move everything to AI bots. I JUST WANT TO TALK WITH A REAL HUMAN BEING. It’s incredibly frustrating that in order for you to talk with someone in blood and flesh you need to find out a magical phone number that is nowhere in the internet. When you do have the luxury of talking to someone, the support team are usually very nice and friendly, but the APP itself is completely garbage.

Once Pet Plan sold to some other company and became Fetch, the entire website, app customer service, and coverage went down significantly. Pet Plan was awesome, Fetch is awful. It’s impossible to get a customer service person on the phone, their chat bot is broken, and their coverage has become very scammy. I plan to move my pets to another insurance.

Beware of this company they are quick to take peoples money, but not refund them.They took over $200 out of my bank account and all they want to refund me is $80 and I have to wait a week to receive it but yet to take the money out or quick to do that.

This is the first claim I’ve submitted and so far this app is easy to use and really straightforward.

I bought a dog insurance, but when I claimed I was told that they need additional documents which I had to get before paying for the insurance. So , I paid around 1000 CAD, my claim was around 500, but I did not have documents. Turned out the documents I needed that my dog was absolutely health before I bought the insurance. Nobody told me that. They get money first, then you will fight for the money you spent. In my case, I got zero. Wouldn’t recommend.
