Makes it easy to submit claims and see status - easy to view and understand benefits. 4/5 stars because when submitting the claim if you need to change the form uploaded or amount claimed you have to start the claim over completely. Overall a good way to interact with the service and make keeping track of status easier than digging through your email :)

Submitted a claim almost a month ago, still processing! I won’t use this ensure ever again!

The app is incredible, all the medical information and claims are in one spot. Everything is easy to access and the last time I submitted a claim it was processed in just a few days. I’m so glad I chose Fitch after reviewing all of the other options.

They are dropping my claims because i need to send medical records, but the app doesn’t let me send all the pages they request.I can only send one page. I have emailed all the documents and still my claims are not being reactivated. Very frustrating!

This app is easy to use. All of my policy information is there and easy to access. Claims are easily done with little information needed. This insurance is worth paying for.

First day using the App. So far it is simple. I will see how long it takes to get reimbursed.

I have not needed to put in a claim at all since I’ve had this pet insurance for my four legged baby. Most people would thing that I’m just wasting my money having this insurance, but I look at is as a peace of mind knowing that if any thing happens to my little guy then we are covered, and if nothing happens and I don’t ever have to open a claim then I am still happy knowing that my little one is healthy and happy, which makes me happy. 😊
