Fi Money: Open Account Online

Great app, good design and functionality. But customer service is very bad. :( It’s been already more than a month and I still can’t get kyc verification. :( in the beginning of December my kyc was rejected and no one can explain why. And what’s even worse is that I can’t try again to get kyc verification. Customer service is just useless, they can’t explain why this is happening and can’t do anything about it.

If you have a pan card can activate your account within minutes. Also received a visa card within a week. No extra or hidden charges. All the transactions are transparent.

Overall this app is really good! Great services like managing accounts, stocks and sending cash. But please for the love of god let us disable the advertisement notifications like discounts and promos!

I have been a loyal customer of Fi Bank for over three years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past two months, my account has been frozen, and despite providing all the required documents multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. The customer service has been abysmal, with inadequate responses and a lack of urgency in addressing the problem. This is the first time I have encountered such severe issues with Fi Bank. The situation has escalated to the point where I cannot access my funds, including money in smart deposits. Even after closing my mutual fund, the amount has not been credited back to my account. The service from Fi Care is extremely poor; they take an unreasonably long time to resolve any issues. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support and professionalism. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Fi Bank, and I would caution others to be wary of such potential problems.

They are not updating your balance until unless you call and say why it is not reflecting even customer care waiting time is high.

After performing all the steps of opening the account, the app shows a message that an account couldn’t be opened as they couldn’t verify my details. Even though I have an account with Jupiter still not able to open Fi account. Disappointing.

Fraudulent bank has frozen my account and asking for reKYC. The reKYC from the app is also broken. Now I cant use the money that is there in my account

When some App features are not ready, why do you release it into production and send multiple notifications of those features. I have been trying to set up FI salary Lite but it doesn't allow me to submit.
