The barcode capture function is useless and crashes every time you try to add a product. You need to update the application

Great way to monitor the state of our house furnace filter.

I bought 1600s and tried to add them to the app. Refused to scan.

Expensive filter for the purpose of having smart connectivity only the smart aspect of it is touchy. Could use some updating to make the product better functioning.

We used it for less than a week and it was at 97%. over a month later with zero usage and it says 57%.

Often, the app goes haywire and uses up the battery. A force shut down of the app is required.

The app was a little finicky to set up, but with several attempts, doing the same thing(insanity be damned), I was eventually able to connect to my Wi-Fi network and able to complete the setup. I was hoping to be able to set a schedule for varying the fan speeds at various points in the day, every day. For example, since I have the air purifier in the kitchen, I’d like to have it quiet during the day, say on auto or speed 1, then have the schedule switch the fan to a higher speed when I’m sleeping, say from 12am to 5am, then switch back to auto for the daytime again. This way the purifier would clean the air more rigorously when I would not be around to care about the noise level at a high fan speed. It seems though it would be a simple feature to implement, but the willingness would have to be there to allow for this improvement.
