The app is cool & the credit union it pretty good

Could be better

Have glitches with mobile deposit. Deposits eventually go through but it’s a multi attempt endeavor. Also I do not like how when you make a payment from a FEC account to a FEC loan or CC it does not reflect within minutes. It’s a lateral transfer of already existing monies! The payment is guaranteed so release the funds

Since 2015

This is by far the best credit union I’ve ever been with. I appreciate all the employees that I’ve met. They have all been amazing. I have no stress. I don’t worry about absurd fees or insane interest. Using the mobile app is a piece of cake. First Entertainment Credit Union will be my forever financial partner.

Bad policy

I love and appreciate First Entertainment Credit Union. But being in the entertainment industry, I have had many ups and a few downs. It’s unfortunate that when my account goes into the negative and I am scraping to pull money together, then I’m penalized five dollars per day that it’s in the negative after, three days.I appreciate you though.
