I’ve used other laundry apps at other RV parks. Some don’t work as easily as this app. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the user fees. A user fee to load money and a user fee each time is ridiculous. Other apps you don’t pay per load. Just a fee to use the app when loading money. If I had a choice at this RV park I’d use a different app for the lower cost. It’s already pricey to do laundry in a RV park so the extra fees are an annoyance no matter how easy the app is to use.

My only wish is if the app could remind me when my washer or dryer are finished.

App is ok except the QR code scanner doesn’t actually work. Gives an error prompt whenever you try to use it.

Can you please put option to pay with applepay? Some of us don't like to use our cards.

I have downloaded the app deleted it downloaded it at least three times it’s not allowing me to press the enter button or to sign up. The keyboard is stuck in the middle and it does not allow it to go down. I called for customer service two weeks ago no one called me

This app charges you 35cents add any amount of money onto your account with a credit card even though it’s supposed to be “convenient” to wash your clothes by downloading an app, adding money, and then starting the washing machine through your phone. If you couldn’t infer than yes there a lot of parts which can go wrong including issues with the washing machine not starting up if Bluetooth/connection isn’t working right. Washing machines needing to be “smart” is already annoying, but somehow the app makes the experience just that much worse.

This app actually does not work — tried it several times wherever i go. It’s buggy and doesn’t allow you to set up an account. Waste of time. All these reviews are suspiciously fake

App is really convenient and save me from always having to go get quarters
