Очень хотелось бы понять различия в вариантах подписок на приложение, понятно только что есть подписка ежемесячная, на три месяца и на три человека, но в остальных вариантах я не разобрался!

Not Russians language, not try mode.
The idea of this app is great, you’re supposed to not bother about your gym routine and just follow what the app says. But as for me, there’re some critical flaws: 1. The app suggests you to use the same weight for all sets of an exercise. I can’t imagine how to do all sets with the same weight, it needs to vary! 2. It also suggests that you do as little as 5-6 reps in exercises like bench press, up to 8-9 reps in other exercises. You can’t log more reps than that, even if “higher reps” option in settings is chosen. 3. The number of available exercises is very limited. Your routine will be basically the same 3-4 basic exercises which you’re supposed to do week after week. 4. Every time I need to log a set, I have to launch the app (it takes time), choose the routine I’m working on right now, than chose the exercise in this routine. Every time, after every set. Super annoying.

It's simple, insightful and easy to use. Just great and I hope the developer keep at it because I've tried many fitness apps and by far this is the best one
I love the variety in workouts, the demo animation as well as the look and feel of the app. However, there is still some work to be done. It would be nice to have a warm up and cool down added into the routine so that it’s just go time when you get to the gym as opposed to having to think of what warm up exercises to do. I think the AI needs to be able to know what muscles were worked in the last session, calculate how fatigued they are likely to be (could be by asking me what muscles I still feel are sore) and suggest workouts accordingly - I mean if I hit the hamstrings hard two days ago and I’m still sore then I shouldn’t be getting more intense workouts that incorporate them again (other apps do that already so it would be a nice to have for an already good app like FitnessAI). Lastly, please work on the plank timer so it doesn’t call seconds “reps” - an in app timer for such workouts would be amazing. I’m really rooting for the app and hope the developers keep improving it and tweaking the glitches.
I love this app, but I think it needs a few features: it has no exercises for below the knee; there’s no way to reset your preferences, so you get stuck in the same cycle of exercises regardless of your “randomness” setting; there aren’t any options to add cardio to your workout; you can’t adjust the algorithm to change rep/weight ratios- you can do it manually when you’re in the middle of the work out, but it won’t remember that and adjust accordingly for your next work out. I consider these to be fairly minor and the app as a whole is great, but it would be nice to have these features!
