I would give zero stars if I could! Normally with apps you will receive an email or notification before they take the money out of your account! Not this one. I don’t even use it and they charge automatically with no option to cancel. Don’t get sucked in people!

Buyer Beware: Incredibly disappointing experience that has left a bitter taste. I have attempted to cancel my subscription 3 times within the timeframes outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Despite repeated emails to the address listed, I have continued to be charged fees with no response from Customer Service so have contacted my solicitor for legal advice.

Charged for something I never signed up for! All I did was download the app!! Never ever was I informed I was being charged, never signed up to a subscription, no contract, no communication about “my account” & “my account” has no details of linking to any payment or history of previous charges I’m supposed to have paid! “My account” actually has no details at all, that I can see!! I’ve never even used the app!! I luckily got my money back, after hours and hours of gathering evidence I’ve not set this up!! Very clever con! Good luck if you download!! It has taken a lot of hours to prove this, cancelling my bank cards, changing multiple passwords, it’s been a nightmare!!

SCAM!!! Can’t login, took my money and having difficulty cancelling subscription when I didn’t even sign up to it !!!!

This is a scam. I paid for 6 months and haven’t been able to login to the app. I have made 3 attempts at contact to correct the issue and didn’t get a reply. Their response is obviously an automated one as I clearly state that I made 3 attempts to contact them without getting a reply. They provided the same fake email address I’ve already written to. Their second response only confirms that this is a scam. They can’t answer 3 emails so reach out on social media they told me. I did. And not surprisingly they still have my money for something I cannot use. Scam!

The marketing for this app is brilliant. It uses social media to entice you to ‘learn more’ and then It asks you a bunch of personal questions so that you think you’re getting an individually assessment. You don’t get pricing until AFTER you put your details in and then it charges you anyway even if you don’t confirm. You then have to email them to ask what the hell it is you even paid for - which turns out to be nothing much. The app itself doesn’t provide any option to cancel the subscription, nor does it tell you when your current subscription ends. You need to email support for this information (who were not helpful at all when I complained about being charged without confirming - I’m not happy about it but I’ll cop that on the chin and be more careful next time, but not having subscription information readily available is dodgy).

This is another app that just takes money. Emailed three times. Waiting to hear to get refund got a “renewal” - will dispute if no response. The reason we all are hesitant with these things. So annoying. Can’t even find where to cancel the app!! Even after googling !!!

I installed this on the basis of an article I had read (clearly false) and no basically can’t use the app and was charged (like a previous reviewer) $60 straight up. And now I have no way of canceling the membership/app that I can find. Please refund my money and cancel my app subscription. DO NOT BUY THIS APP

You don’t get a tailored plan designed to achieve your nominated goals. You just get a whole lot of exercises. No guidance; no progression; no plan to lose weight/tone up/ whatever. A complete waste of money.

Took monies and I cannot cancel subscription. Only email contact to cancel, do not purchase.
