Got, wasn’t impressed, tried to cancel but I had a year paid for , forgot password so never used, tried to get new password, no response. Even though canceled still kept billing for next two years and can’t get on account

I don’t even have an account set up, but they still managed to get my money $73.16 from PayPal even though I tried reporting a case file, which they stated there was a billing agreement that was set up with Fitter. I did NOT authorize any payments and am now out $73! I emailed them first about this but got the usual reply back that they would get back to me in 24hrs. Not impressed!!!

Cancelled my subscription and they still took $60 from my AppleId which is connected to my credit card! Disputing with my credit card company!

I canceled the app! I didn’t want the subscription. They took my $ anyway. Going to get my credit card company to reverse the payment! SHADY!!! UPDATE: they are STILL charging my credit card! Hate!

They take your money when your subscription ends without notifying you that they will be charging you again. WORST APP EVER!!!!

Third review - DO NOT BUY THIS APP! There is no way to cancel other than canceling your credit card which I had to do after the 4th charge! Repeated emails saying they have canceled my subscription and would not be charged again. Well they did! I only put one star because that is the worst rating allowed. They deserve ZERO STARS. Customer service - Zero stars App quality- zero stars DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP Second review- first one is not showing. There is no option to cancel or chose to NOT renew. There is no warning before they charge your card and they initiate auto renew without permission. I had two charges on my cc on same day. $1.24 and $45.98. I was refunded $1.18. I sent another email and have only received an auto response. This is NOT a legit company in my opinion.

This app is so Mickey Mouse! The customer service, deplorable. And god forbid you want to cancel - GOOD LUCK getting your money back!

Do not sign up! They auto renew and do not send any notice and you keep getting charged. You have to give 48 hours notice prior to cancel but they don’t remind you. Waste of money!!!! If they did the right thing and either remind or cancel within 24 hours of bring charged m, I would not have given this horrible review. Canceled my membership but still had to pay for 6 months I didn’t want. Terrible customer service and hiding behind “fine print”.
