i swear business gas cards are not designed for a good cost, why is the payment due TIME 3:30 pm on a weekday ?? i never seen a time limit that early in the day !! RIDICULOUS

My bill is due on the 7th every month. I usually pay around the 1st. I couldn’t log in. I removed the app and added it again. Still couldn’t log in. I was going to change my login but then I went to the website and it worked fine. It looked like I paid until today when I got an email saying payment past due. I should’ve checked my account after paying. I would’ve seen the payment never went through. So today on the 15th I tried the app and now it works. There should’ve been an email sent out saying the app is down. I see on the 7th other people said they couldn’t log in either.

As of 07/07/2023 it won’t let me log in after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Called and changed my password still no luck. Please fix.

Takes forever to load up

The app keeps showing the wrong payment due date. It

Version 7.0.28 is just broken. iOS 16.3.1 and the app no longer logs in, hangs on the open screen. Even turned my phone off/on no go.

It would be a useful app if I could log in

There is not enough separation between racetrac and the commercial accounts. I’m trying to figure it out and it’s frustrating.

Please check for bug, because Inhave not been able to log in at all since a month ago.. I have reset my paswword many times and nothing. Also uninstalled app and installl again, and nothing. Please really look into this, I use this app to keep track of any unusual activity usage. Thank you

The app logged me out, when I log back in with the correct password it said s invalid password. Where is the forgot password? I mean it is t forgotten, but this will help. Where is the option! Then when you call your transferred to so many people just for log in help.
