Most links in app redirect to home screen or do nothing at all. The home screen often displays only the dispersed funds so far and not your balance. It does partially work sometimes, so that’s why 2 stars and not 1.
This app is horrible and so is the customer service. You get the run around no information is valid. I requested an additional card because spouses are not in the same place at the same time. I was sent a Card that i CANT use for doctors visits or medications. I asked for information regarding the money we set aside and I can’t get a straight answer. I’ve been waiting well over 45 days for a supervisor to return my call and nothing !!! This is not reasonable nor acceptable.
I’ve been trying to sign up in this app since I got this card in February , still haven't been able to , literally all you have to do is put in simple simple information and it's telling me that I'm not validated smh 🤦🏽♀️and all they do is give the runaround and transfer you to different people.
This is the first year I’ve put claims in. I was reimbursed in a timely manner. I only wish that I knew about this before. 6+ years, I’ve spent thousands out of pocket. Oh well. APP is great. Assistance is available if needed.
This company is horrible! The customer service is no help and I get a different answer every-time I call.
Customer service hangs up on you while you are waiting. You can not use the card everywhere even if it’s FSA approved.

It’s the second time that I have this card and I can’t use this one I have this problem almost 3 months I call every day and nobody give me any answers
Claims submitted through the app are marked as pending, requesting additional information that is not even solicited during the claim process. It is not a fluid process and provides more friction than actual self-service.
