NYC HRA Document Upload

It was very difficult to submit documents. It is hard to find how to upload them. It was purely luck that the option to take a photo or to select came up as an option. There should be a button to upload and not a swipe.

Doesn't Allow Upload, doesn't List Unscrambled List of Documents required WORST DEVELOPMENT UPLOAD APP WHICH DOESN'T SIZE TO SCREEN ON APPLE. IT DISPLAYS DOCUMENTS LIST WHICH COMES WITH LAYERS OF LETTERS FROM THE 1ST ROW IN LARGER IOS FONT SETTING OVERLAPPING AND COVERING 2ND ROW, ETC. IT'S A SCRAMBLED MESS! Completely Useless on either APPLE OR ANDROID. EMBARRASSING IS THAT NO ONE TESTS THIS APP INCLUDING NYC DOF BEFORE PAYOUT TO DEVELOPMENT FOR NON WORKING UNTRUSTWORTHY APP WHICH JUST COLLECTS YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, AND THEN DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW UPLOAD, BECAUSE OF NON WORKING CAPTCHA USELESS VERIFICATION SCREEN.

Thank you! This application is literally a life saver. For people who don’t have a lot of time to turn in paperwork and also who don’t have a computer or laptop. This app makes everything so efficient and effective. HRA is the best and I'm very glad and impressed with the improvements and developments made for the Administration. Thank you Apple / Google as well!

This app only allows for pictures - apparently the developers have never heard of a computer, ipad or laptop, and they have never heard of a all in one printer. You will have to take a picture of every single document and then upload it to your HRA case (if you have several pieces of papers to upload you will have to make a movie). After speaking with an agent, the agent will tell you that they cannot see the pictures and that you will have to resubmit it again. If the app allowed for document scans, you would be able to scan the document and upload it to your HRA case.
