There is no option for reschedule even we can’t contact then on call toll free number not working you can just chat with AI no alive person available to sort out your problems they’re just making you fool they’re not reschedule your ticket they’re charging more then another ticket extremely bad experience with them i will file a case against them for such kind of scammers

Didn’t provide proper information and don’t book flight from flighthub I book 5 flight and all are cancelled and again i book flight on time from airport which is to expensive and i pay cancellation and modification penalties worth $200 each for every flight

I booked flight them make modifications and they said me, total is $1500 but they deduct $1900. They make fool to customers for earning extra money by robbing customers. They never give back your money Nor do they admit their mistake. Those who have some live agents find a way to rob you by giving you less information. Beware, I will neither use this app after today nor will I ever be able to book a ticket from it, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. It’s my first and last experience with this app.

Found my flights for almost 1000$ less (2 pass) than the cheapest ones on Expedia. Shorter layovers to top it off!

I was up until 1 am last night repeatedly booking flights, getting an email saying my purchase was successful, only for an hour later to have it cancelled with no reason as to why. -Finally thought I found the right one. -Wake up at 3:45 am to get on a flight (live 30min from AP) -check email, -pure rage. This app also randomly goes completely white and you have to reset it every like 5 minutes. Stupid app that I hate.

Dont use this app

I just took a trip to the states and when I booked my tickets, I ordered the eSIM. My objective was to stay off of public Wi-Fi and with the data provided, had it worked, it would’ve spared me logging onto public Wi-Fi. I spent hours on a layover with a FlightHub agent, trying to get my eSIM to activate. We didn’t have any success. However, all my emergency numbers for the eSIM were in Polish! Crazy non-results. I rightly question the legitimacy of the provider. There is no customer service available with the eSIM provider, and I left a message. Of course I never heard back from them. I’ve now spent hours trying to get a refund for this product from FlightHub. They’ve had a file open with the provider since October 18. It’s now October 27. I’ve had to remind FlightHub that they billed me and I am THEIR customer. They should take care of me. FlightHub is the provider’s customer, and they should take care of them. It shouldn’t be this hard.
