Rather download some other app for buying your flights then FlightHub. I booked a flight and checked all names twice so that it’ll be all correct but once I bought the tickets and got the confirmation then my daughters name was incorrect. Now asking for a Name correction the want to charge me $75 for there mistake.
Worst service and fraud app and site
STAY AWAY, they will take your money and say you’re on your own if anything goes wrong. We bought a flight for our honeymoon from Dublin to Santorini. One of the fights back had a connection in London and the airline moved the flight to earlier in the day. And they said we had two options, to cancel the flight and get a refund or book a new flight but we would pay for it. We called flighthub, they gave us an incorrect booking reference for Ryanair so we had to pay €110 for the checkin at the gate as we couldn’t check in online. They left us stranded in Greece. We had to buy a completely new flight and we are still waiting to see the money from the “refund”
My bookings is connected to my gmail account and it doesn’t have the option to log in through gmail in the app. I even tried logging in using booking number but it doesn’t even go to the app after verififying.
I don’t fly often and messed up my flight. One time had a bit of a hassle, but got my money back decided to rebook.
I use Flight Hub for all of my travel bookings. Best prices and great flight selections. Never had an issue.
Seems impossible to get the chat function to work, asking to contact customer support is a joke, back to having sign in having already signed in. Let’s talk about the AI chat bot on their website. My cats leaves more intelligence in her litter box.
Please don’t buy tickets from this app it’s totally scam. No refund no call centre services. Nobody responded
They give very reasonable price for my flight to India
Do yourself a favour and buy your ticket elsewhere. I booked a ticket with them to travel in a few months. They cancelled one of my connecting flight and now they won’t reschedule or refund or pick the call. They keep redirecting to chat with a virtual assistant!!! Don’t waste your money!!! buy from other agents and save yourself the stress
