Paid for flight then airline ceased but had promised refund and I’m still waiting. It’s been 6 months

Must frustrating app to use.

Save the space on your phone, this airline has gone bust and does not offer any more flights.

The app wont even let me select a departure date so i cant even check flight prices or even book a flight Whats the point of having an app that doesnt even work Wasting my time and my data by downloading this terribly designed app Gyst

I can’t select dates for any flight from Melb (Tulla or Av)

This outfit has gone bust. Anyone with outstanding flights will never get their money back.

It was so cool to finally see another Australian airline, but sadly another one had bit the the dust. We wish the best for you guys!

If they won’t fix their app what does that say about their planes? Can’t select anything. Logs out when you want to swap screens all the time. Doesn’t say where they go from where. Not bothering I’ll just go back to Jetstar and Virgin. And that’s saying a lot.

We booked tickets for a group of six to and from Melbourne and all tickets and flights got cancelled. We couldn’t even get in contact with the airline to discuss as they don’t have an email or phone number just the live chat function with the app which yields no responses at all (I tried multiple times for many hours to no avail). We filled out a refund form for our flights but it’s been 4 days and no contact or payment. Not a good app or airline based on this experience - quite disappointed.
