Since months the app crashes when I click on my membership symbol or on the GarudaMiles button. Hello Garuda team, please!! Your website is already slow and constantly crashing, same for the app! Please fix at least ONE of them!

Setelah update versi yang terbaru, aplikasi Garuda Indonesia semakin buruk. Tidak bisa menambah daftar perjalanan, tidak bisa beli tiket dll.

Not possible to enter dates in the flight search, hence not possible to search or book flights. The lousy English in the AppStore description gives a good impression of what to expect.

Not possible to use this „App“....so what‘s the point bringing this App to the App-Store?! Not possible even to register or checked a booked flight....terrible and nonsense....don’t worth anything!

Mit dem App kann man nicht mal Flugticket buchen. Überall Fehler, muss schnell behoben werden.

Very bad and very slow even tho i‘m using iphone 7+ with super fast wifi.

The App is basically only showing the mobile website. Entries are not being saved so that all data always needs to be re-entered again. Pages are loaded very slow. Even the frequent flyer status is not shown correctly (still showing the status from previous year). Until now still no adoption for the iPhone X. Very bad user experience.

Direkt wieder gelöscht weil die App immer wieder abstürzt und gespeicherte Trips löscht

Hi GA, setelah check in lewat aplikasi tolong dimunculin lagi dong "Add to Wallet", yang versi sekarang udah ga ada pilihan itu. Boarding pass yang tersimpan di Wallet sangat membantu sekali karena selalu muncul di lock screen.
