You always struggle to load flights and the flights you manage to load always disappear!! This app needs a lot of work

Lovely app, except for the one issue of having to reload all travelers details every time the app requires an update

Tried to book a seat on the app and the transaction keeps failing whether I try using a credit card or Ozow. It just tells me that I can’t reserve a seat at the moment and I must try again later. Tried the website and the transaction went through to reserve a seat on each of my flights however only 1 seat was actually reserved and when trying to reserve the other an error keeps coming up telling me to try again later.

This is a useless app. I travel twice a week and every week I have to download the app again for new updates and then it does not show you the flight that is booked for the next day. This is one of many reasons why I fly with Lift whenever possible.

Oawa guys, update every month yet your app is always malfunctioning. Yoh

This app used to be great. Now all you get is waste of time filling information just to get error messages. Totally annoying

The payment on this app does not work. When you add you credit card and save it, and accepting T&C’s then you get a msg saying payment failed. I had to book my tickets via travel start but is costs more and I can’t choose priority or seats. Travel start payment portal worked which is a clear indication that the issue is with the FlySafair app. Every time I book my flights on the app there is some issue with payment. This is really irritating and inconvenient, please sort your app out.

Everything is great about this app, besides the fact that you can’t book and select your seats through it! You have to go to the website and log in, in order to purchase extras like seat preference and vouchers. This needs to be possible through the app ASAP.

Always have to re-submit saved family members. What’s the point of saving them?
