i live with multiple chronic conditions (psychiatric and physical) and all my doctors have asked me to track my symptoms. other apps are overwhelming and don’t give me helpful data. i like that this app is pretty and it lets me track as many symptoms as i want, and is symptom rather than condition specific. and the data reports it gives you is so much better: more detailed and clearer than other apps. i like that i can go back to my doctor and easily show/tell them what they need to know.

I’m 37 yrs. old with Chronic Autoimmune conditions & rare diseases. Folia has made a positive impact in my ‘day to day’ life as it has personalized & simplified tracking my symptoms with multiple choice questions; making it much quicker and centered around what I need. It also keeps me on track & reminds me when to take my medication 5x/day. I also enter in my upcoming appointments. A decade ago I woulda have used their batch tracking option when I was tracking more ‘week to week’ health. I can run a specific set of symptoms that I’ve been tracking. Working with the Folia team they have treated me great & with so much care, understanding-with my word finding problem while talking with me & respect.... the Folia team truly love their work & helping to have our info customized to how we need it. In my opinion. So we can be our best tracker, our own best advocate! - Katie

I normally don’t write reviews but this app deserves it. I was chosen for a study for cystic fibrosis. It was 12 months long and I made to keep up with it. I really enjoyed this app and recommend more research teams to use this.

Folia has really helped me monitor my autoimmune disease thoroughly. The staff are incredibly supportive and go out of their way to assist you with the needs of your particular disease. It has also been a huge bonus when I talk with my physicians. I can show them graphs of my disease progression and issues.

I uninstalled it and now can’t log in with my (correct) login credentials. Sent password reset request and never heard back. Also didn’t get email I was told was sent in their response to this review. Terrible service!! 😡😠👎🏻

I’ve used this tracking tool for my son for several years and I’ve found it to be easy to use and the staff is super helpful if you have questions. This app allows me to track my sons meds, his weight, mood and food intake, as well as record wins and challenges so I can share with his CF team at clinic. I know if I don’t write it down, I will forget!

I really like this app. It has so many things I can track. Unfortunately, since my app updated, I am unable to see any of my graphs. The graphs are the most important part of this app for me. I hope this issue can get fixed in the next update.

This is a well designed app, however, it’s limiting in terms of options. You have to choose one main condition to track, which means those with multiple conditions as well as those who are undiagnosed are unable to get the full benefits. Additionally, prescription tracking is limited to very few options. For example, I’m on a 30mg dosage of a medicine, while the app options only let me go up to 6mg. An all-inclusive app to track health is a good idea, but unfortunately, this app isn’t all-inclusive.

I have multiple conditions, including a very rare disease. Being able to track symptoms, log meds, and write in an end of day summary have been very useful. (Especially with brain fog!) The Folia Team have been incredibly helpful with questions and concerns, they will occasionally reach out for feedback on future features and current ones to try and make everything as user-friendly and helpful as possible! One of the things that has been very nice that I did not expect is their Data Dividends. If you allow your Age, Diagnoses, and Symptom & Med Logs to be used for research studies you get $4 every month you log. (Given quarterly) They give you a list of the studies your data is being used in as well, and even if your data isn't being used in any studies that month you still get paid! I highly recommend this app for anyone with chronic health issues!
