Make an order if you don’t need a food, cause it doesn’t bring your order anyway!

I ordered through this app for the first and last time! When my order was not delivered two hours later and I asked for a refund, I was told that they would not be able to do this until they contacted the restaurant. They could not contact for two days, and then they wrote that the order was delivered, although this is a lie! They don’t return money, they don’t trust clients. Whose side are you on? Scammers!

Pls add Apple Pay we live in 2020 I know you guys hear is a very slow in progress but pls try to , and my card doesn’t always shows up when I order I have to put every thing again wats wrong with you ?! Do you want me to come and make your app better bacuse I can for free

Translation of the menu removed from the functionality, so app became practically unusable, especially taking into account the usual lack of photos. Was better and faster before.

Why did you remove auto translation to English in this version??? How am I supposed to understand dishes in Hungarian? Will be deleting the app

My brother has the app installed and uses the same location but when I want to use the app the app tells me they dont deliver to this location yet. Even when it’s the exact same location my brother uses to order through foodpanda on his phone.

Ich habe mich sehr gefreut das erste Mal bei foodpanda zu bestellen. Ein Zettel mit einem Gutschein Code fand ich in meinem Briefkasten, hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt nur keinen Hunger, jedoch schon gesehen dass einige Restaurants zu mir liefern. Nun versuche ich seit 5 Tagen etwas zu bestellen, es wird mir leider angezeigt, dass keine Restaurants zu meiner Adresse liefern. Obwohl diese um die Ecke sind und ich sehr zentral wohne. Somit greife ich lieber auf andere bestellseiten zu:)

Anfangs heißt es 20 Minuten bis zur Lieferung, diese wurde dann auf 1,5 Stunden verschoben. Wir haben die Bestellung storniert, bevor es weitere Verzögerungen gibt. Und das bei Subway. Wirklich lächerlich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und definitiv keine Alternative zur Konkurrenz wie zb Lieferando.

Absolutely awful, the app is not user friendly, customer service have no idea how to talk to people. They gave me 3-4 different answers to the same question, if I didn’t like 1, they gave me a different one , probably they just have a list of excuses to use but not really trying to understand what the problem is. And all this with my FIRST ever order. Well, fist and last. Do better
