Make an order if you don’t need a food, cause it doesn’t bring your order anyway!

I ordered through this app for the first and last time! When my order was not delivered two hours later and I asked for a refund, I was told that they would not be able to do this until they contacted the restaurant. They could not contact for two days, and then they wrote that the order was delivered, although this is a lie! They don’t return money, they don’t trust clients. Whose side are you on? Scammers!

Pls add Apple Pay we live in 2020 I know you guys hear is a very slow in progress but pls try to , and my card doesn’t always shows up when I order I have to put every thing again wats wrong with you ?! Do you want me to come and make your app better bacuse I can for free

Translation of the menu removed from the functionality, so app became practically unusable, especially taking into account the usual lack of photos. Was better and faster before.

Why did you remove auto translation to English in this version??? How am I supposed to understand dishes in Hungarian? Will be deleting the app

It requires a verification code to verify your phone or you can’t order food. I tried multiple phones in order to get the verification code sent but the app doesn’t send the code. and spent a few hours with multiple customer service representatives to get my phone verified and they were no help. I don’t understand how they can not fix this issue. It’s costing them money. Oh well…

Cannot order as I do not receive the text with the code using my US phone number.

Ordered food with 20-minute delivery. Food arrived 2 hours later ice cold; never received so much as a “sorry.” Customer support was impossible to reach (only FAQ). I’d rather pay more for its competitors; never order with this company ever again! Terrible service!
