Here’s what we do: first choose between delivery and Pick-Up to fit food ordering seamlessly into your schedule. Pick-Up is simple -- you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready. No more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring the food you've been lusting after right to your door. Dreams really do come true.
HOW IT WORKS
First, enter your address (home/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier bring it to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time. Then you eat. Food goals.

La pire application de commande de nourritre
Je souhaite utiliser un code promo et je réponds à tous les critères mais suite à un beug de la plate-forme je ne peux pas l’utiliser, je fais appel au service après vente qui me pousse à faire des manip suite auxquelles je passe commande par erreur, ils refusent de me rembourser la valeur du code promo une honte plus jamais je ne commande chez eux

Hej jag skapade mitt konto för första gången dec 4 för att jag skulle beställa pizza till mina föräldrar. Laddade ner appen för att man fick rabatt och jag har redan Uber eat. Fick aldrig rabatten för man behövde skriva in den och jag trodde det drogs automatiskt på första ordern. Nu handlade jag igen och försökte nyttja koden då står det först att jag behövde lägga till mer varor för minsta är 150 kr, la till produkter… Sen stog det att jag inte är ny kund och inte kan använda den. Så dåligt. Jag slösa massa tid och känner mig lurad.
Worst delivery app I have ever seen !
I put 1/5 because you can’t put 0/5 while that’s what this app deserves. I have never had an order without any problem ! The order is always late, cold, destroyed, item missing or cancelled without any reason and there is no way to join the customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP because they don’t care about their customers and just want to take their money !

Doesn’t work 90% of the time!
I don’t know who has created their website or their app which is a web-app masqueraded as a mobile-app, but whomever is on the dev team, needs to learn some basic computer science before pushing their code to production. The authentication service (including login and reset password) is broken most of the time, the location deception is extremely flawed as it often shows me restaurants that aren’t close to me at all and doesn’t show me the ones that are literally one block away. The listings are seldom accurate as I’ve had multiple occasions of the restaurant telling me that an item I ordered did not exist on their menu at all. Need I say more? I’d you cannot logo in, you cannot order. So the app being broken on that front 9 out of 10 times, is a total disaster that doesn’t seem to be a high priority to the dev team because they are busy adding features you don’t really need (like login using Facebook!!!)
