Guys, penalize your coders and testers. This is face-palm. 1 star.

The map is not accurate and I have hunt down the driver every time. Last time they said my food was delivered but it never was. Caveat emptor.

I ordered food, was told it was on the way, then waited over an hour just for them to suddenly cancel it because they couldn’t find a driver and it took so long the restaurant closed. If I knew that was the case I would have walked to the restaurant myself! Ive never had this issue with Uber. What a waste of time!

The app requires one to “validate“ phone, but doesn’t support texting for US numbers. So unless you have local number, this app is dead on arrival (and you will not find that out until you finish your order).

Just ordered more than €100 of groceries, the order was marked „delivered“ despite never arriving. The in-app customer service chat just refuses compensation and immediately ends the chat without any options for escalation or alternative contact. The experience was so bad that not only will we never use the app again, but I will also go out of my way to discourage my friends and colleagues from ever using it. It’s just theft.

I ordered over €100 in groceries as my first order on the updated version of the app. It was never delivered, and when I reached out to customer service they said it was “a recurring problem” and therefore they would not refund it. It was NOT by any stretch a recurring issue. Either there is some glitch in the new version of the app, or this has turned into a scam to steal money. I will never use foodora again after this. Take your business to literally any other app.

There isn’t really anything positive to say about this app but the UX is truly a mess

This is the worst app I’ve ever used the customer service is terrible and so beyond unhelpful I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or better to say lack of) that I received. I have tried everything to verify a phone number, I did the same thing as the person next to me yet somehow theirs works and mine doesn’t. I can’t believe someone was able to open a business with such a horrid application to go with it. I have used every other food delivery service in multiple countries and never have I run into one that is so useless.

There are 5 different login options in the app, and not a single one of them works. Login through Google, Facebook and Apple fails with an error, as does sending an SMS while logging in with a phone number. The “magic link” in the email opens to the browser instead of the app. As such, there is absolutely no way to log into the app. Very frustrating experience, do not recommend.
