Fossil Q Legacy

App is not working since long time . Hence we can’t connect it time zones of different countries and watch shows absolutely different default time . Waste of money as we can’t set the time manually. Please provide ASAP solutions in Customer Service @Fossil.

This app doesn’t feel like the latest tech. It needs to get updated regularly as it is having some complications and whatsapp and third party apps notifications for the assigned contact should be added as soon as possible.

It takes forever to sync plus the results are not right. It showed me 2 steps taken in entire day... really 😡 didnt expect fossil to make such a pathetic watch

Hopeless app. Not working every time you connect take 10 / 20 times repeat the proses. You have reset your watch every day.

Is this app still active? It’s continuously showing connection error and won’t let me log in or sign up? Do we still use this for Fossil Q or the newer app?

I loved my watch when I first purchased it. Then it began to lose twenty minutes. I could never get it synced. I finally got a newer fossil watch but it also was hard to sync. I decided to try again and bought another new battery today. It won’t go to the correct time . The hands don’t move with the arrows. My contacts won’t come up to pair with notifications: only other apps are available to pair. I’m really sorry I tried and will not buy another fossil hybrid!

App doesn’t sync with watch anymore. Hey fossil update the app to work with q watch. I’m sure I’ll get generic response and nothing will ever be accomplished by fossil

Watch stopped and I put in fresh battery but there was no response and watch did not vibrate. Tried a second new battery and still no response. Help!
