Damage product concern
Excellent service from Nidhi Customer support team . For skin care please choose foxy.
Not even deserve a single star
I've order a product from this app, i received it in damaged, leaked and spoiled condition and it also stinking so badly, i also share photos and videos of the same, but when i asked for a replacement or return, they refused it and said to use the stinking product, don't buy anything from this app, the service is worst.
Fake products
Order the same product from nykaa and see the difference. They sell FAKE PRODUCTS.
90% sure - it sells Fake skincare
I have ordered multiple products of Cosrx from Foxy attracted to the discounts..but two of the serum bottles were with scratches like they were used bottles and that too they were packed in a box. It didn't make any sense. I also talked to the customer support and sent images of the likely used bottle, but as usual, they just sent a reply that it's new and it can't be exchanged..I had a store bought product and I ordered the same in Foxy and I'm very sure that they're not same ...the snail mucin texture is something you can immediately recognize. I have decided to never order from Foxy ever again...and DON'T WANT TO GET ATTRACTED TO THE DISCOUNTS.
Awful, scam.
I bought a korean product and a 1000rs cashback coupon. The item was delivered but 1000 rs cashback was never provided. Also, i cancelled my products but it was still delivered. Whole cashback thing is lie. Do not recommend.
Getting fake calls
Today i received fake call stating foxy customer care and was told that i am one of 10 lucky winners and we have partner ship with amazon so they will deliver gift with your order. Minimum order you have to make is 4000rps and payment in foxy account which there finance department will let you know the account details . I understood all this was fake. Just bringing it to your notice that this type of fake calls are happening on the name of foxy. Either data is getting leaked or what is happening you guys need to check.

A good app with some lag
I have been using the app for quite sometime. But I have been noticing my profile gets logged out often, I would request you to please check this. It’s really annoying. But apart from this the discounts and offers are pretty good. You get cashback which you can apply on other products too
