So many steps (and time) just to sign in! Seriously please activate face and Touch ID. Nobody should have to spend several minutes and multiple steps just to log into their cell phone account on their cell phone. This needs a fix !

Fix your freaking app! Tried for days to pay my bill and it crashes every time. Time to get a new service provider

I was with you for 7 months and it was terrible, I didn't know that there might not be a connection, but thanks to you I found out that there might not be a connection in Canada. this is the worst network ever, will never recommend it to anyone. you have a connection only in big cities, but not in small ones. I took your phone, and I regretted it because I work for Uber and often have to go 2-5 km outside the city, and you don't have a connection, I don't know where to go and I can't complete the delivery either. And now I have to pay 1,600$ immediately.

This isn’t even an app, it just loads the website. Make a real app.

The app can’t even show bill and see credit card on file. It is so … “bare bone” you may as well skip it and login from their website via browser.

Please develop a proper app like all the other major carriers in Canada.

Worst internet ever i have used to expensive and the service is horrible if you go 10 km out of the city it will not work there too

The newest update broke the app and the link to pay mobile bill is broken. Freedom Mobile has just gotten worse with time.

Just a bizarre and frustrating experience, in no particular order: login requires typing in phone manually (autofilling results in an error page lol…), the validation code via sms doesn’t appear in the iOS keyboard (unlike every other app), no biometric / session management, selecting downloading of bills opens the website in browser which requires re-authentication and sms codes. Honestly a website in a web view can be really good and feel native this is so bad it’s crazy. Side note, a $45 connection fee is absurd for self serve setting up a new Apple Watch…
