The application works well, indeed very well but disappointingly it doesn’t support landscape mode on my iPad Pro which means that its not very easy to use when I am also using the keyboard. With that one update I would gladly award 5 stars.

Constantly stops playing music. Pick a playlist. Hit play. Lock phone because it's going in a pocket. A song or 3 play just fine, then playback stops. Look at Lock Screen, press play. Nothing happens. Unlock, open app, playback starts again. And then other times it can play an entire album without issue. Not a great experience, though I do appreciate my library providing this service for me.

After I tried a couple of times typing in my eircode and all I finally figured out how to sing in this app, first of all when you enter the app it asks for eircode I typed in Ireland than next step find your county and last you have to type in your library account and pin code. Hope That helps anyone having any difficulties trying to use this app.

Won’t let me create an account

This app is broken. Every time I try to log on it just says “we are experiencing technical difficulties” and requests I try to log in again.

It used to work on both WiFi and cellular data. Now it works on WiFi only. I have confirmed there’s no change on my cellular data settings, and Freegal has been updated to the latest version. It is disappointing because it used to be my must use app during my commute.

It thinks I am in Europe. I uninstalled and reinstalled again but still didn’t work for me. It pinpointed where I am in U.S. but whenever I try to use the app, everything is in language I don’t understand. lol

It’s not in English!!
