It would be nice to have a standard feature that comes with most chat widgets which is huge on customer retention: auto-eMail the customer the missed response! With our old chat system, this brought 90% customers back to our site for a purchase! C’mon freshPeeps, do it!
It seems that every once in a while, my login session is signed out; therefore, I don’t get notifications that there is a new chat. This costs me in lost opportunities to wow my customers. Please keep me signed in at all times, at any cost (battery life, data, or otherwise). keeping my customers happy, maintaining their trust, and being lightening quick to respond keeps me going, and is worth more than saving a bit more battery life on my already 2-day battery life or 12GB monthly data allowance device.
