This app is very unstable. It usually doesn't display notifications when you open a chat directly from the locked screen. Today it stop displaying all notifications even from new conversations. I would recommend people to not using this app as it will dramatically affect your business.

When Freshcaller gets a call and the agent is set to mobile , Apple Watch does not ring like a normal phone call. I keep my phone on silent and miss too many phone calls because of this. How can I enable my Apple Watch to ring when I get a support call?

New update doesn't even allow you to reply to the customer. It's the main reason the software exists! The Apple keyboard covers all the buttons… Come on guys ...... not to mention the long-standing problem of the audible notifications never working. Basically makes this software useless unless you're just staring at the screen waiting for a customer chat to come in.

Notifications are NEVER working

Notifications do not work consistently. Please fix it asap!

We need the user IDs to do pretty much anything to help the clients. Really annoying that this information was removed in the recent update. Please add it back :(

App isn't showing badges on app icon on incoming messages. Unless I opened an app, I don't see that someone replied to me. I'm missing important chats

I know you’re working hard to make such a great product, but there are some issues with push notifications. They disappear too fast and my clients can’t answer on it. I often miss new requests too. Please fix it
