Never worked…took 100€ but only shows 50€ balance, totally failing village and me

Good point is that charge can be started remotely from App (unlike many other French e-charge suppliers) - Bad news is seems hard to stop - does not prompt for PIN on remote stop - charge ends locally at station (for CCS type) on App get error message saying cannot end charge session and please contact Helpline Seems to sort itself out eventually but does not give confidence as a smooth easy to use reliable charge system - still better than others though

Many failed connections with the token and huge hidden charges ! Don’t trust their roaming deals. I have paid 21x (twenty one times) the going rate for one charge outside their captive network: beware or avoid !

Cannot log in using faceid, tons of emails for various evens but no way to direct it to push notifications; so you really expect people to receive 16(!) emails for each charging session?! App logs you out when closed, takes long time to re-initialise again — password file is frozen. Why do I need to add money to wallet — why can I not just add card and pre-authorise it? Keep working on improvements, thank you.

After the Freshmile charger’s release motor broke and jammed my cable I was told I must abandon it and they are not liable. Shocking service. Use at you own risk

This is one of the most confusing EV charging apps there is. There are lots of ikons with no explanation as to what they are. Charging is extremely complicated and very confusing. There are lots of ways to charge your vehicle, each one confusing. It is easy to make a mistake. There is a lack of consistency and errors occur. On several occasions, I had received no access code and could not stop the charge and release my cable. I have had to call the company 4 times. The first time, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes, during which I continued to be charged a fee even though my cable was not connected to my car. On the other occasions , the person answering refused to help me as I could speak French and hung up! Unbelievably rude! It is so much easier and quicker filling your car with petrol, where you have none of this nonsense, frustration and irritation. Definitely not recommended.

AVOID THIS APP & DEVELOPER UNTIL BELIEVABLE REVIEWS SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED. This app works just about but is “hard work” for the customer: - broken app interface with charge station —> Can’t stop the charge with the app as ongoing status of charge not reflected on app. Only work arounds were a) press Stop on station; b) press Stop on car app or car screen. In other words remote interaction is NOT possible with this app. - tedious & lengthy outdated payment card verification process even though card is registered & account verified <—> I was informed ApplePay NOT an option & according to Freshmile Support the tedious “system is not expected to disappear for the moment.” - response to this customer’s lengthy UX feedback was ungrateful, dismissive & discourteous. I only used this app because of branding on the charge station… So I will now revert to other providers.

Why is it that so many companies that run charging stations cannot have a simple app that works? Doesn’t anyone test them? Obituary not. This one sticks on “ Waiting for the station to send a response”. Avoid
