I paid for a yearly subscription And is also charging me weekly

I pay the subscription and now I can’t login customer service don’t even ensure or take care of this

I’ve had this application for almost a year now and found it does work well most of the time… However I have had problems where I just writes the same thing that I typed… I’ve tried to contact customer service and it doesn’t exist… I have had a year subscription and it expires May 31st and now the application won’t even let me use it even though I have six weeks left on my subscription… it keeps trying to sign me up for a free trial… When I really need it not working and no one is there for support… I won’t be signing up for another year… There’s plenty of other companies with the same service and probably better customer service…
