Very bad experience. After full payment of the premium option for 1 year. The app remain blocked in the exceed free version, even after clicking many times on the restore purchase button, sign out and sign in. Even after waiting 12hours. Turn off and on the phone.

It's not as great as I projected it to be. I rather pay for ChatGPT then to have this 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I said one sentence and this app created an introduction, main point and a conclusion. Great for getting your point across in a professional manner and acknowledges proper email etiquette!!

I paid for a yearly subscription And is also charging me weekly

I pay the subscription and now I can’t login customer service don’t even ensure or take care of this

I’ve had this application for almost a year now and found it does work well most of the time… However I have had problems where I just writes the same thing that I typed… I’ve tried to contact customer service and it doesn’t exist… I have had a year subscription and it expires May 31st and now the application won’t even let me use it even though I have six weeks left on my subscription… it keeps trying to sign me up for a free trial… When I really need it not working and no one is there for support… I won’t be signing up for another year… There’s plenty of other companies with the same service and probably better customer service…
