I am not sure what happened to this app but it’s horrible and not user friendly

The stupid app timed out before my claim could be submitted.

This was a great app to submit claims with ease from my phone. Now with recent updates I can’t use any other verification method other than a text message. Face ID didn’t work. Now the latest update as of late December is this extra ID verification. App keeps rejecting my ID photo even when the pictures are crisp and clear and taken according to their instructions within the app. So the other option is to personally go to the Post Office? I actually feel like 1) that’s not any more secure and 2) a waste of peoples time.

I've tried logging in on my phone and it points me to use a CAC certificate. I go on my computer and use a CAC certificate and it fails to login. Logging in on the mobile app used to be so easy, I dont know this got so convoluted. I cant view my claims, reimbursement, re-enroll, nothing.

Login. gov log in failure! Was working but now I get a FORBIDDEN notification after entering the one-time code. This is exhausting.

Nice app when it’s working, but currently useless since login is “Forbidden” according to in-app pop up message. Developers are either unaware (unlikely) or uninterested in fixing it (unfortunately).

Just upgraded the app and now the app is not allowing a signature from the provider. Very frustrated!

Submission keeps failing with no explanation

Needed time to think and then my claim was not submitted:(

Please bring back FaceID support for logging in. Having to log in manually every time I get a notification from the app is a pain in the butt when the app once upon a time used to have FaceID support. Why it was removed I cannot understand. Other apps I use that use login.gov support FaceID so I know this is not the issue.
