Since the new secure login updates occurred I can no longer access my account via the app. I get stuck in a death loop of asking me to sign in repeatedly but never actually arriving at a screen where I can see my account. Please, fix the bug or remove the new login method!

The app no longer lets me log in using Login.gov. I get a blank prompt that takes me to the website. It forces me to go online to FSAFEDS and I login in there, but then it circumvents my 2 factor authentication and I get in despite login.gov requiring it. Login.gov properly uses 2FA for other applications.

My ability to timely submit my claims has been severely impacted by the change to signing in through a browser EVERY TIME. Why is there even an app anymore? Please don’t make me keep track of ANOTHER password.

Used to work fine but my recent experience is the same as all other reviews since login.gov was initiated… it makes this app obsolete. Takes you to the website where login.gov forces you to login without biometrics. Might as well start at the browser rather than link to it via a pointless app.

This site used to be amazing. Now it forces you to a browser to login with two factor authorization. The new login.usa claims the first time you login correctly you’ll be able to login in to the app in the future. It does not work. The old app was so much better, easy to submit and track claims yet forcing us to use the web browser is clunky and not as effective, the developer needs to fix the login process so that the new login.Usa is done only once and complete. Most apps can do dual factor authentication with by the app without need to open a browser that doesn’t fit the screen size of the cell phone.

This is now a pita to log into and doesn’t function the way it did last year. Slow to update claims. Unable to submit pay me back claims.

There is literally no point for this app anymore with the new login.gov sign-in requirement. Access to FSA Feds accounts is now entirely web based.

Bring back biometric login. What’s the point of the app? Might as well just use the web browser.

The new login.gov process is terrible. More steps, asks for authentication even if box to skip next time is checked, and no more biometrics option. Simply a terrible “upgrade”! The overall rating should apply to this version’s mess only and not include the old usable version. login.gov is not optimal for an app that’s used frequently.

Get rid of login.gov and go back to FaceID login which is far more secure, convenient and what was already working before this downgrade!
