It has all the functions one needs, but the app is not reliable and get stuck on loading screen every so often. Bit slow as well.

Does what it’s supposed to - gives a quick overview of your investments with fingerprint sign in and a fairly prompt load time. All good!!

This wasn’t great before the Sep 21 update, but frankly it is now tedious… takes forever to load, when it finally does… an annoying pop up chat box appears precisely in the way of the data you need to see … and then it is just clunky. For such a large fund with relatively high charges, this isn’t a great service. It doesn’t reflect well on Fundsmith as a whole.

The old app was bad enough but this one hasn’t worked for me at all yet. I’ve no idea if the new features are any good as after two minutes waiting I give up.

Much improved since Fundsmith updated their technology estate (website and app) in mid-September 2021. Gone is the slow and ugly. In is the fast and lovely.

Terrible app, takes an eternity to load or not at all, please develop an updated version that actually works. Unbelievable someone was actually paid for this tosh!

The one star reviews are obviously historic because I downloaded the app today (Aug 21) and everything works as you would expect it to. Five stars from me and no I don't work for Terry Smith 🤦🏽

Yes it may be slow to load and lacks content and style but I'd rather Terry keeps investing time and resources to the continued success of my funds than turn into a IT business like most of the other banks and investment companies and performance drop off!!

Now just fails to load. Terry never valued technology and it shows!
