Furbo - 最聰明的寵物攝影機

This product is completely a trash. It’s priced above the rate of other cameras on market but I encounter connectivity issue every day. The camera goes disconnected from a few hours of use to even less than 15 minutes! I would hardly recommend anyone to get this product as the reliability is way below expectation. A waste of money at all!

I’m connected to my own wifi - why does the screen keep on lagging? Also - really disappointed that the Nanny feature is a premium package. The camera is expensive as it is - some of the basic alerts (like whining etc.) should NOT be included in the premium package. Absolute travesty that they’re going into this business model to leech even more money from an already expensive product.

As per my title. Audio in or out doesn’t work. And the notifications I get on iOS now have started happening in Chinese.

The first few weeks of use was enjoyable, but every function starts to fail afterwards. First the treat tossing function, now we cant even play cloud recordings. Have contacted cs many times but every time they only ask us to reset our wifi network, nothing else like they dont have anything to do with the problems. Sent error log to them as instructed, but receives no reply after weeks. I really want to love the product, please do better..

You have to keep clicking your mic button on and off if you're trying to talk to someone on the other end (say, family member) which is soooo inconvenient. Otherwise it’s stuck on you talking and you can’t hear anything . The bark function doesn’t work. It alerts me when dog isn’t barking and when it’s barking it does nothing . The camera has no functionality even tho the product is huge and they could have built in the camera rotation left or right or up or down. Pretty much a bummer when it comes to keeping the user in mind bc the app is not offering anything new. Get a cheaper version of elsewhere and you won’t be missing out on anything.

I can’t login with the new version... fix it! Fix it! Return me the previous version with email login...
