Loved the app till it stopped working!! Keep receiving error message that my WI-FI NOT COMMECTED( but IT IS!!! Definitely a tech issue from your end! Please fix it asap - otherwise I will have to subscribe to a new app!!

This app didn’t require registration. Now it does. My ability to control devices in my home network should never depend on an outside web service. Uninstalling the app AND the light bulbs I used it for. Also, this feels like a minor quibble in comparison, but when I COULD use it, it would periodically interrupt whatever I was doing - which was usually turning my lights on or off, mind, or rescuing them from connection error strobe mode - to remind me that it would really appreciate if I went and gave it a five star rating. If you have to keep asking for it, you don’t deserve it.

I have left a good review in past now all these new wifis they have still not got 5g only 2.4 like wow connections on there products and the range is horrible drops resets and many more bugs horrible customer service and now 2 weeks ago smashed it threw it in garbage if I could only give a -4 I would

When are we getting an app update?

My camera quit working and I need to access what was stored on the cloud. I paid for cloud storage so I should be able to access it. I tried the live chat feature to no avail, it seems no one responds. Don’t actually know how to get support. It seems like a waste of money.

Stopped working with google home recently. Very disappointed

I love this. Planning to get more lights for my room. Easy to set up can be used 100km away. Would recommend
