When I get a notification that someone is at my front door I don’t want to have to wait and watch an ad about buying more of your products before I can see who’s at my door. Time could be of the essence. You’re really not thinking about your users here. I’ve already paid enough money for the camera I shouldn’t have to watch your ads in order to use it. I won’t be buying any more of your products.

Whenever I try to turn my LED lights to rainbow, it’s just green. That’s been a thing for a while. Now, when I turn it to rave, it also is just green except it flashes. So I have 2 light settings that don’t even work. This has been a problem for months.

Love that I can just set this up from the app instead of going through the hassle in Apple’s shortcuts app. It’s quick and easy

App won’t find WiFi after phone updated to iOS 18. New devices cannot be added. Very annoying, just waiting for them to catch up and update the app so it will work :(

WAY too many ads now. Notifications for cloud storage is hourly and non stop. YOU RUINED THIS APP AND ITS ANNOYING.

This used to be awesome to use with the widgets but with the latest iOS update the widget is no longer available.

App very unstable for watching cameras, if you try to view more than 4 at a time the cameras are unstable and you loose the feed. The app is garbage

I won’t lie at first I loved this app but now with the new updated phones I can’t seem to connect my devices anymore that’s pretty annoying , the app requires a update immediately cause I can’t connect this is insane I just purchased a dog feeder …I can’t even use it now cause it won’t connect so it’s basically useless without the app very unfortunate

Can you make the app for the iPad ? And the resolution changes automatically in sd even if is on hd I need to manually adjust it every times . And finally Is there a way to change the picture brightness? Especially my out doors are very dank in the day
