Gener8 - Earn From Your Data

Hello, I want to suggest somethings that should be included in this app, There Should be ‘PayPal’ So you can withdraw your points that you have earned into money and also add more Country for the Rewards, Because I’m based in Australia, Melbourne, Victoria, And I can only earn the Points but can’t redeem them for any rewards in Australia, Please make the Rewards International ASAP So we can all get Rewards within our own country, Thank you.

Pointless downloading if your in Australia- they’ll want access to all of your data and reward you with points that you can’t access… but you can donate them? We do have PayPal or Amazon in Aus, so it seems they could be an easy solution. Otherwise just defeats the purpose when the whole premise of the app is owning your own data…

Hi team app looks slick but I can’t see the the option to block trackers as per the Dragons Den part 1 of your business model. I’ve used jumbo previously and was hoping to see that option on the app? Am I missing the icon to click on setting privacy up? Thanks

I, like a fair chunk of gener8 users stumbled across the service through one of Sam’s viral moments. I was stunned at first to realise such a concept could exist and I kept looking for a reason for it to be too good to be true. The app itself and the browser (for PC) are both completely flawless with features that will benefit both you as a consumer and your general browsing experience. The single issue I have with Gener8 is the rewards. A lot of them are not exactly what I was expecting and the ones that do pose any sort of interest to me such as gift cards and things like that are never available for me. This is however as mentioned the only problem with the product I have. Every other thing is completely perfect, so much that it’s still worth the whole 5 starts from me :)

Just downloaded the app after seeing the Dragon’s Den pitch. Looks really promising! I will for sure use this and see how it performs over the next couple weeks. One complaint I have is the inability to choose whether gambling related rewards are shown to myself. I would much prefer to switch them off completely and to not see them at all, but there is no option to do so. Please consider that there are many people who are recovering addicts. I do not think it is ethical business practice to advertise gambling, without a choice, to those who don’t want to be exposed to it. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I’ve had gener8 for over a year now where the auction rewards used to be worth hundreds of £ like brand new games consoles. You were motivated to earn and save lots of points for this reason but now auctions are £10 gift cards? They already have a gift cards sections. The rest of the rewards are generic deals you can find yourself. Yes you can earn from your data but the rewards aren’t what they used to be

The ‘rewards’ aren’t rewards, they’re offers from various companies advertising their wares. Absolutely no reason to use this app, it’s a scam to get your data and push offers from companies disguised as ‘rewards’.
