Je suis vraiment dégoûtée de mon experience. On nous a accusé de fumer dans la voiture et nous facturé 30 euros de frais alors que la voiture était dans un état inadmissible avant le début de notre location. Le service client ne sert à rien
I was fined for gasoline after one of my trips, despite providing a receipt for 35 euros showing that I refueled an hour after the start of the rental. The support team sent me someone else's photos, which were of different quality and colors compared to other photos. They claimed that the fuel tank was 90% full at the beginning of the rental, but it was only ~20%. Photos you add to the app at the beginning of the rental are not saved on the device. Make sure to take the photo again and save it on your device.

I do everything for registration, choose option of country issued my driving license (it was in the list) and only in few hours guys said me that he works only with licenses issued in EU. And what you check few hours? Why my country in the list?

So much better than other car rentals
Vous n’avez jamais pensé de modifier les critères de temps de réponse pour les propriétaires qui n’ont pas de déverrouillage automatique ? On peut attendre le réponse pendant les journées sans réponse de propriétaire. Et sachant que autour il n’y a que des propriétaires avec le taux d’acceptation entre “bas” et “trop bas” - c’est quasiment pas possible de louer une voiture.
You think it’ll be cheaper than usual rental service. But it’s false. They will charge you for fuel even if you returned car with full tank, they will charge for dust, for extra kilometer. Without any advance information. Without translation to English. Worst experience of car renting in 0 years.
Крутое приложение, ждём больше владельцев, и всем надо ставить открывалку с телефона. Not ideal dialog pages in the app..
