I was charged more than required, they sent email demanding that I pay.

They have Rude agent who refuse to fix a problem created by their application careful while you make your bookings

App is easy to use but always have a hard time locking or unlocking vehicles even though the app is connected to the vehicle successfully. This seems to be a recurring app issue regardless of vehicle.

Still an annoying problem.

Very good service. Quick response to problems with customer service halp desk. But there is a problem that things accidentally left in cars are never found and their services do not work with this. Recently lost my mobile phone. Lost different things a couple of times it was not found. Another problem is that their cars are always full of dirt and dust inside and outside.

EV charging showing on the app and actual is different. App says full charge but when start the car, it is not full or close to full charge at all. Not sure is it for Charge+ station or apply to all EV Chargers

The service is cheap until you get into an accident, their insurance excess is 3k for your car and 3k for 3rd party. Purposely or not, some of their car’s brakes are very weak (check online reviews and you will see i am not the only one). I got into a minor accident and they charged me the 3.3k for the other party even though the damage is minor. Definitely not worth the risk, buy your own car or stick to grab / taxi / public transport

After the recent update. I can’t seem to book the car. Error prompting “unable to confirm booking as the timing overlaps with an existing booking” however when I checked, there was no booking for the car after timing that I had chosen. Please rectify this issue. The same goes for other cars and other time slots as well.

Hi GetGo Team, The face scan recognition failed after software updated to new version. Dated 28-Nov-2024. This has been the upteem times GetGo face scan verification failed whenever GetGo updated the software to a new version. I am seriously frustrated that GetGo has not rectify this feature. Whenever I log in to SingPass, I have never failed on the face recognition. Apparently, I only fail on GetGo app. I’m surprise GetGo software team and top management team didn’t bother to rectify this issue. Now I urgently need to use the GetGo car but forced to call a Grab instead. With such inconvenience given to users and poor user experience, I’m seriously considering switch to your competitor for good. Not to mention the slow respond by GetGo customer service team which can take a few days to a few weeks to resolve my problem.
